KAELIN’S Restaurant
The reopening of KAELIN'S was made possible thanks also to the efforts of Chris Fenton – with his Irish roots – who identified the potential of the site.
The restaurant had been empty for almost 10 years before being brought back to life in its modernized look. Chris had spent hours talking to the former owner and manager IRMA KAELIN RAQUE before taking over the business. Irma’s father is known for a series of achievements, including the creation of the “birthplace of the cheeseburger”, and the 85-year-old now loves being picked up by the new manager to attend an event at Kaelin’s.
